Envisioned by renowned architects and outfitted by famed interior designers, rentals across three striking high-rise towers feature spacious layouts with timeless design and breathtaking views.
One Waterline Square
Richard Meier & Partners Architects
Moments from Midtown and the Upper West Side, One Waterline Square is the latest masterpiece by Pritzker Prize-winning firm Richard Meier & Partners (the Getty Center, Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art). The 37-story luxury tower consists of 565,000 gross square feet, which includes 56 luxury condominiums, 216 rental apartments, curated ground floor retail, 130 below-grade parking spaces and a top-of-the-market amenity package.
Champalimaud Design
The internationally-renowned atelier Champalimaud (The Carlyle, Conrad Miami Hotel) redefines luxury as an immersive aesthetic experience — and the condominiums at One Waterline Square beautifully embody this philosophy. Drawing from the building’s architecture and location, interiors include exquisite finishes inspired by the reflections off of the Hudson and natural materials that subtly nod to Waterline Square Park. The effect is welcoming, chic, comfortable, yet altogether modern.
Two Waterline Square
Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates
Anchoring the north side of Waterline Park, Two Waterline Square was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (Edge, MoMA). The luxury development consists of a 38-story and 24-story tower encompassing 1.1 million gross square feet, 160 luxury condominiums, 485 rental apartments, retail and restaurant uses, 240 below-grade parking spaces and exceptional amenities.
Yabu Pushelberg
Founded by George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg, Yabu Pushelberg (Edition Hotels, Bergdorf Goodman) has consistently topped lists of the world’s most influential design studios for over 40 years. For Two Waterline Square, the studio created interiors that cultivate a serene atmosphere to contemplate extraordinary views. From the lavishly-proportioned lobby to the light-filled residences, the interplay of soft and dark tones along with meticulously-selected natural materials, immediately inspire a sense of calm.
Three Waterline Square
Rafael Viñoly Architects
With signature artistry and contemporary elegance, famed architect Rafael Viñoly reveals a new urban icon in the form of a faceted 33-story glass tower. The luxury development has 450,000 gross square feet divided into 214 rental apartments, multiple retail and restaurant uses, 104 below-grade parking spaces and market-defining amenities.
Groves & Co.
The award-winning design collective Groves & Co. presents a fresh, modern aesthetic that brings together the best of contemporary design, comfort and style. Interiors layer rich marble and resplendent woods, which subtly reveal hidden character in the light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The dynamic and dramatic combination infuses the environments with a sense of sharp warmth and ease.
