Costs Overview
Due at Application
- $20 per person application fee
- $1000 first month's rent deposit
Due at Lease Signing
- First month's rent
- Security deposit equal to one month gross rent
Monthly Costs
- You will pay separately for internet, cable TV, electricity, and other items as outlined in the lease agreement
- The Waterline Club fee is additional and optional
- Amenity Fee: $250 per month
Renters Insurance
Renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage is required of all leaseholders.

- Pets must fall within the parameters as described in the lease agreement

- Parking options vary based on the space type and location.
- Parking is run by a third party company and costs an additional fee as determined by the garage.
